i keep getting this error 1706 and system says it's trying to upload and can't find a cd.. what is this telling me and how can I get rid of this pest.. it just keeps popping up 1 person needs an answerI do too

Have you tried booting in safe mode ? shut down and restart the computer. as the power on self test is finishing, but BEFORE windows begins to start, press and hold down the f8 key until you get the advanced startup menu. and choose safe mode.
